Sales of products via the Internet are governed by articles 45 to 67 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This legislation provides in favor of the consumer the right to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals, guaranteeing him the right to return the product purchased for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, except as indicated in the following points.
The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (natural persons who purchase goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for referable purposes any professional activity carried out.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise this right, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods the customer can:
⦁ If registered on the website www.freeshotonline.com, start the return procedure in the "Order Details and Start Returns" section in your personal account, selecting the correct order and the items with the respective quantity to be returned. Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to freeshottirolibre@gmail.com with the subject "RETURN ORDER NUMBER ...." and specify the order number in the dots. In the body, specify the name of the items with the respective code and the quantities to be returned.

Once we have received the aforementioned notice of withdrawal, the Customer Service will quickly communicate to the customer the instructions on how to return.
Return acceptance conditions
The right of withdrawal is correctly exercised if the following conditions are also fully respected:
⦁ The products must not have been used or damaged;
⦁ The right does NOT apply to customized products and food products. It is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product.
⦁ Products must be returned intact and in their original packaging (if any), complete with all parts (including packaging and any accessory equipment and / or documentation);
⦁ Returned products must be sent to Free Shot Tiro Libre in a single shipment.
⦁ Free Shot Tiro Libre must receive the returned products within 30 (thirty) working days (always subject to communication of the will to return within 14 days) starting from the date you received the products (the date of our delivery from part of the post office or courier)
⦁ The right of withdrawal cannot be granted to Companies (purchase with VAT number)
The amount (net of shipping costs incurred) will be refunded as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which Free Shot Tiro Libre received a request for withdrawal. We will activate the reimbursement procedures once we have verified the correct execution of the terms and conditions mentioned above and in the manner prescribed by the times and methods of reimbursement.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal due to the lack of the integrity conditions of the goods listed above, the goods will remain at the Free Shot Tiro Libre headquarters available to the Customer for collection at his expense.
Delivery of the return by the customer
By law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer; furthermore, any additional costs expressly chosen by the user other than the minimum costs for delivery / collection of goods will not be reimbursed
The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer and, in case of damage to the goods during transport, Free Shot Tiro Libre will notify the customer of the event (within 5 working days from receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier of his choice and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal.
Free Shot Tiro Libre is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
